APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP OFFERED BY SOUTH CHINA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY(SCUT)

การขอทุนรัฐบาลจีนที่ออกให้โดย มหาวิทยาลัย SOUTH CHINA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY(SCUT)

Ⅰ. ELIGIBILITY  ผู้มีสิทธิ์

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals and be in good health.

จะต้องไม่ถือสัญชาติจีน และเป็นผู้มีสุขภาพดี

2. Education background and age limit:ประวัติการศึกษาและอายุ

- Applicants for Master degree studies must have bachelor degree and be under the age of 35.

ผู้สมัครเรียนปริญญาโทจะต้องจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและอายุต่ำกว่า 35 ปี

-          Applicants for Doctoral degree studies must have master degree and be under the age of 40.

-         ผู้สมัครเรียนปริญญาเอกจะต้องจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทและอายุต่ำกว่า 40 ปี

Ⅱ. DETAILS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP (FULL SCHOLARSHIP) รายละเอียดของทุนให้เต็ม

1. Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee, fee for laboratory experiment, fee for internship, fee for basic learning materials and accommodation; ได้รับการยกเว้นค่าสมัครเรียนและค่าละทะเบียน ค่าอุปกรณ์การทดลอง ตำราเรียน และที่พัก

2. Living allowance and a one-off settlement subsidy;

3. Fee for outpatient medical service, Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Benefit Plan for International Students in China;

ค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับค่ารักษาพยาบาล ค่าประกันการรักษาพยาบาลและอื่นๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักศึกษา

4. A hard-seat train ticket between the port of entry on registration or the port of departure on graduation and the city where the host university or the university of Chinese language studies is located (a hard-berth train ticket for over-night trip).；ค่าตั๋วรถไฟประเภทนั่งเบาะแข็ง ในระหว่างไปลงทะเบียนเรียนหรือค่าเดินทางจากเมืองที่มหาวิทยาลัยที่ให้ทุน ไปยังมหาวิทยาลัยที่เรียนภาษาจีน

5. Monthly living allowance: ค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน

- Master degree students: CNY 1,100 yuan ระดับปริญญาโท 1100 หยวน

- Doctoral degree students: CNY 1,400 yuan ระดับปริญญาเอก 1400 หยวน

Ⅲ. NUMBER OF SHCOLARSHIPS: จำนวนของทุนที่ให้

25 scholarships for the academic year of 2008/2009

จำนวน 25 ทุน ในปีการศึกษา 2008/2009

Ⅳ. APPLICATION MATERIALS สิ่งที่ใช้ในการสมัคร

The applicants must fill in and provide the following materials truly and correctly (in duplicate).

ผู้สมัครจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนตามความเป็นจริง 2 ชุด

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship in Chinese or in English.

ผู้สมัครจะต้องกรอกใบสมัครทุนรัฐบาลจีนเป็นภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษ

2. Highest diploma (notarized photocopy). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.

ส่งสำเนาใบรับรองวุฒิการศึกษาขั้นสูงสุด ซึ่งถ้าไม่ใช่เป็นเอกสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีน จะต้องแปลเป็นภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษ

3. Applicants for master or doctoral studies need to provide relevant notarized transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.

ใบสมัครสำหรับผู้ศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท และปริญญาเอก ต้องแนบหนังสือรับรองผลการเรียนด้วย  ผลการเรียนที่เป็นภาษาอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีน ต้องแนบเอกสารแปลเป็นภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษ

4. A study or research plan in Chinese or in English (no less than 500 words for postgraduates).

เขียนแผนการเรียนหรือแผนงานวิจัยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีน

5. Applicants overseas for master or doctoral degree studies must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.

ผู้สมัครชาวต่างชาติที่สมัครปริญญาโทและเอกจะต้องแนบจดหมายรับรอง2ฉบับ เป็นภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษ โดย ผู้เขียนมีตำแหน่งระดับศาสตราจารย์หรือผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์

6. Applicants for music are requested to submit one cassette recording of the applicants’ own work. Applicants for fine arts must submit six color photographs of personal works (two sketches, two color paintings and two other works).

ผู้สมัครวิชาดนตรี จะต้องแนบเทปคลาสเซท ซึ่งเป็นผลงานของผู้สมัครเอง ส่วนผู้สมัครด้านศิลปะ จะต้องแนบ ภาพถ่ายสี ซึ่งเป็นผลงานของผู้สมัครเอง( ภาพเสก็ช 2 ภาพ หรือภาพวาดสี 2 ภาพ หรืองานอื่นๆ 2 ชิ้น)

7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English.

แนบสำเนาตรวจสุขภาพ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
